Fees for Kartarpur Corridor Registration

A fee of 20 dollars is required for Kartarpur corridor registration. While it is not to be paid online while registration but has to be given by hand to the National bank of Pakistan in Pakistan.

If you are going from India, then do exchange your currency in India itself, don’t exchange it in Pakistan.

If you exchange in Pakistan you have to pay at least 800 rs more INR than in India. While there is an exchange SBI counter on the Kartarpur corridor itself and ATM too. You can exchange it here.

I got 20 dollars against 1750 rs in the corridor, while Pakistan’s rate was 2600 INR for 20 dollars.

Covid Report – Rt-Pcr Report

One more thing, As per the new rules after the Covid Pandemic, every devotee is required to have a negative RTPCR test report. The test should not be older than 72 hours from the travel date.

While the RT-PCR test is easily available in all major cities, I can give you the best tip for this.

RT-PCR tests conducted in private hospitals could cost between 500 to 2000 rs but you can get it done for only 10 rs. Yes! you read It right. Only 10 rs.

Also, the test report will take 24 to 48 hours in private hospitals but for 10 rs you can get an Instant report.

Even though I struggled a lot with this, fortunately, I found this hospital where it is done for 10 rs with an instant report. While you are in DERA BABA NANAK for reaching the corridor, there is a government hospital. You go there and an instant test is done and an instant report is provided, that too for only 10 rs.

Isn’t it great? Do let me know in the comments if you have faced any problems with this test or if you are planning to go.
